This past weekend Jace watched the Penguins in a playoff game. He was actually really into the game...he went and got his "gockey" stick and sat on the couch to check it out. :)

Playtime @ the Park

Jace & I went to the park today. It was beautiful outside. Jace really liked the sand the best, but did go down the slide. We stayed there until about 200+ elementary school kids came for a picnic. :)

18 Months Old

So I think I've missed the last 3 milestone months, but Jace had his 18 month check-up this past week.

Stats:

28 lbs 10oz ; 81st percentile

33 inches long; 66th percentile

Weekend With Dad

Last weekend, I got to go on a woman's retreat...Jason got to hang out with little man. Here is some of what they did. :)

Jason taught Jace not to "drink & drive", they went to the local "tea party", did some laundry, went to church...and got to hang out a lot in Dad's new truck....

Top 10 things from our past 2 weeks...

1. Got orders to go to 29 Palms, CA

2. Wrecked the Acura...sorry Grandma

3. Jace turned 18 months old...his favorite words/phrases are ball, What's this?, bike, water, and more. Loves to go outside and his bath!! He's just a cutie!!

4. Got rid of Jace's artwork ...thanks Oxyclean!! (thanks Sara for the tip)

5. Got orders to 29 Palms taken away at least for the moment...yay!!

6. Got a new truck (It's really pretty)

7. I made it into my 2nd trimester...goodbye nauseousness...well almost

8. Jason got his third MRI and 5th opinion on his hip injury...we're praying for an answer

9. Jason applied for his first passport so we can go to Canada this summer!!

10. It has been 8 years last week that Jason got down on his knee and asked me to be his bride...:)

So we're a few days behind...but Happy Easter!! I've been somewhat delinquent on my posts lately, but hopefully I'll get caught up. So until I can post about the craziness in our lives. You ca stop and enjoy some Easter pics. :)

Promotion

Jason got promoted to Captain today!! Yahoo!! We're so proud of him!! Jace and I got to go to his promotion ceremony and I got to pin his rank on. Jace was really good for the whole thing except he got rather confused that there were 25 other guys dressed like Dada in there. :)
