Christmas Program

Jace has his preschool Christmas program yesterday.  They all were so cute.   They sang 3 little songs and then had a Christmas Party.  Jace was just too funny…I had to try to not laugh the whole way through.   Check out some his expressions…

 

Sewing & Crafting

I’ve been sewing and crafting a lot lately all for Christmas presents…so I haven’t wanted to post any of the fun finished products…we’ll have to do that after Christmas.  But here are few notebooks I made for our sweet babysitters…three sisters. 

Coca-Cola & Marshmallows

Are not intended to use to bake cupcakes…should have gone with my gut on this one, but cupcakes had to be made for Jace’s preschool Christmas party and I was out of milk…and it was 10pm at night.  Anyway found this recipe on Bakerella.com, but must say this was not a recipe I’d use again…they all went in the trash.  Thankfully I found a Martha Stuart recipe that just needed sour cream…so we did end of with these cute snowman cupcakes…not as cute as Martha’s, but the kids loved them.

Tree Time

So what have I been doing lately instead of blogging?  Running and sewing…but I took a break today to update pictures of us finding and decorating our tree.

…picking out our tree…our little angel…we found one!!

…decorating…putting ornaments on and taking them off…we did that all night…

…Jace liked putting them on the tree and Sydney liked taking them off…

…one casualty…and it was me who broke it…the face of someone just told no!
