I am loving having Jason home. Before he had left he had started making pancakes every Saturday morning. He spent several weeks tweaking his recipe to make the perfect pancake. Well he has succeeded and I just love reinstating our pancake Saturdays. There is just nothing like yummy pancakes smothered in butter and covered in REAL maple syrup. Yum!!! My only problem is having enough restraint to just eat 2. :) Jace has actually started using some untensils.
