I was so excited to get a new cookbook for Christmas. (thanks Jackie) I just tried my first recipe out of it and it was amazing!! I made eggrolls. They were a little time consuming, but turned out fantastic. The cookbook is called “The Steamy Kitchen”, but you can also check out the recipe here. …unfortunately by the time I got around to taking pictures all that was left were a few crumbs on the plate…they were that good. :)
